Regarding user: Michael Hardy’s Feb 2009 title modification, capitalizing all essential words in article titles is common practice , especially throughout the scientific literature, regardless of Wikipedia’s manual of style. It should be remembered that contributions such as to the manual of style are simply opinions of those who submitted them and are best regarded simply as suggestions.
