There has been some recent low-level edit warring over whether this page is an article in its own right or a disambiguation page. To provide some history on this page, it used to be the home of the combined oral contraceptive pill article. After discussion in December 2006 ( here is the start of that discussion), that page was moved to its current location. This page was created with the intention that it be a disambiguation page ( diff): all of the linked article are full articles; the higher-level article is hormonal contraception, not this one.
As one who was involved in that move, I have a bias to keeping this as a disambiguation page. I am open to hearing arguments for changing its status, though. Lyrl Talk C 14:43, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
It seems that the pill is modern stuff. Could anyone who has knowledge on its history provide this section on the wiki? Also reference to Carl Djerassi. -- 203.192.187.2 ( talk) 06:24, 8 May 2014 (UTC)
