"The Left parties opposition is genuine. ...For this Nuclear Deal UPA Government is surrendering India's pride."
a. That the Left parties' opposition is genuine is obviously partisan. b. No references or published evidence for the allegation of Governmental corruption. c. "surrendering India's pride" - that's again a matter of debate, and a partisan viewpoint of opponents to the nuclear deal. This section should be deleted. I recently came across the following excerpt from the book The Accidental Prime Minister: The Making and Unmaking of Manmohan Singh by Sanjaya Baru, page number 136:
鈥淢any retired nuclear scientists came out of the woodwork wanting to be 鈥榗onsulted鈥 and to be seen as part of the historic process. One such senior scientist even sent me his biodata and urged me to get him appointed as an adviser to the PM. When this did not happen, he became a severe critic of the nuclear deal.鈥- Sanjaya Baru
This excerpt certainly puts some question marks on the credibility of some statements by scientists on the nuclear deal. I propose that this excerpt be mentioned in the article.鈥斺 Vaibhavafro鈥 馃挰 13:46, 4 June 2020 (UTC)
