Category problem?

Why is this categorized within "Non-combat military operations involving the United States"? There were "combat incidents" involved (U.S. forces shooting, being shot at, etc.), combat "decorations" (none for valor, as far as I know, however) were awarded, etc. Evets70 ( talk) 21:12, 23 August 2009 (UTC) reply
