This article and Armenian Power both mention "AP-13" as a synonym in passing, based on a 1996 reference. By analogy with MS-13, I assume "AP-13" would indicate subservience to the Mexican Mafia. Is that true of this group presently or in the past? (I've spotted some YouTube comments stating that the 13 means that AP-13 is a sureño gang paying taxes to the Mexican Mafia, but a more official source is needed for Wikipedia!)
