Puzo's "mafia trilogy"

This article claims that Omertà is the last book in Puzo's mafia trilogy. Is there any recognition of this "trilogy"? How are these three books related more so than any other novels Puzo has written on organized crime? Wouldn't The Sicilian be included in this group, for example? After all, it involves characters from The Godfather. -- Crushti ( talk) 02:20, 26 October 2008 (UTC) reply

Agreed - I have asked for help in clarifying the matter at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Novels
