Why has this redirect been made without modifying the target page? Anyone referencing the Oligocene page will search in vain for the term 'drowning', and the section on oceans talks about the opening and closing of seaways rather than to widespread submergence. I have see references to Oligocene drowning elsewhere online (which was what brought me to Wikipedia), but nothing yet that seems suitable as a source for this subject.
