  • From what I see from the dab page history, this nominator has moved the non-identifier page to the Politician page. There would need to be more Oleksandr Zinchenkos to see which one is the primary topic. There are certainly more Steve Cooks and Dean Smiths as two of many examples for the primary topics to be more obvious in these cases. It is also better not to consider similar requested moves like Paul McShane or Ashley Westwood since there are currently only two of them and the primary topic is not as simple to find as some other people who share the same name.
