Beleive it was published in 1973 by Booklegger as evidence [1] But the Jack Kerouac bibliography article has a publication date of 1955. Either way the 1993 date in the Infobox looks wrong - watch this space GrahamHardy ( talk) 17:10, 1 March 2011 (UTC) reply

Found this site [2] which states it was written in 1956 and published in 1973 which sounds reasonable! I will check wikipedia dates against it GrahamHardy ( talk) 17:25, 1 March 2011 (UTC) reply

"Old Angel Midnight" was published in 1959 in the first issue of a new literary magazine, Big Table, which billed itself as "The complete contents of the suppressed winter 1959 Chicago Review. The editors were Irving Rosenthal and Paul Carroll.
