I'm all for Wikipedia having as many interesting articles as it can support, including obscure historical figures...but this article is no Bio, its only about I-25 and her mission. Does anyone have any info on the man? Otherwise, maybe his name is best left in the other articles about those carrier sub missions. This particular article is worthless, imho...
