I have made a couple of tweaks myself, but otherwise only have three minor nitpicks.

1. Using "the current incarnation" in the lead implies that this is the most recent and that there were more than one, which doesn't seem to be the case.
2. Maybe explain that the northern terminus of the highway in Durham is at an unnumbered road in the RD.
3. Inconsistency in the RJL, destinations column reads "I-40 Bus.", but notes column reads "I-40 BUS".
