Hello:

This article sounds really weird. It needs to be rewritten in an encyclopedic tone for a nonlawyer audience (and I am a lawyer, by the way). It sounds like someone took an internal court document or the Oklahoma court rules and stripped out all the paragraph and section numbers in a desperate attempt to fill this article with SOMETHING.
