Fair use rationale for Image:ADsmall.jpg

Image:ADsmall.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Cultural References

Right now the page suggests that Stan emerging from the toilet is a reference to the Blue Man Group. It's not...it's a reference to an episode of Jonny Quest in which Race Bannon emerges from the water with blue-dyed skin and threatens the native savages. The Venture Bros. made the same reference a few years back in Mid-Life Chrysalis. I feel that this should definitely be changed, as, to my knowledge, The Blue Man Group have never been known to rise up from airline toilets and frighten children. There's no link to the Blue Man Group apart from the skin-color, and by that rationale we could say that it's a reference to the Smurfs. 72.237.127.55 ( talk) 21:21, 1 February 2008 (UTC) reply

Fat Roger

Any thoughts on the character portrayed by Roger at Le Pantalons Fancie? I generally enjoy McFarland's stereotypical characters but this seemed a bit mean spirited. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.11.37.43 ( talk) 02:42, 18 March 2008 (UTC) reply

If you found that mean-spirited, I hope you stopped watching the show at that point. In any event, wasn't it a Nutty Professor homage, what with the "Herkalees" line and all? 172.191.0.170 ( talk) 05:01, 19 July 2011 (UTC) reply
