Keep - I believe that at a minimum, the page should be merged into
Tornadoes_of_2013#October_3.E2.80.934. That being said, Rapid City, the second largest city in South Dakota, was engulfed in over 1.9 feet of snow (which exceeds the amount of snow that the city has ever recorded during any whole month of October). Additionally, Rapid City snowfall on October 4 broke the previous one-day snowfall record for October by about 9 inches. --

Delete - Aside from the wonky wording (when does "juicy" ever have a place in an encyclopedia when referring to anything weather-related...), the overall tornado event was relatively small and not major. The most notable aspect of this storm was the winter side and the blizzard itself already has an article, albeit totally undeveloped, at
October 2013 Great Plains blizzard.

It actually seems that things are moving toward merging this with
October 2013 Great Plains blizzard and renaming that article to mention both the blizzard and the tornado outbreak. I don't think we would redirect the blizzard article to Tornadoes of 2013, as that article is about tornadoes, not blizzards.

If this is merged that's fine, but if it's redirected I intend to nominate the resulting redirect for deletion as an implausible redirect. "October 2013 Upper Midwest tornado" is a bit of a ridiculous title, even for a redirect. I would support moving this page to "October 2013 tornado outbreak" and having that as a redirect, however.

I'm a little late here, but I would support merging this into the blizzard article. However, I do not feel the need to have the tornado table and all of that in there. A couple paragraphs is fine.

I would at least want a small tornado chart, given that there were at least five significant tornadoes.
