Article issues
There are several issues but one is that the ladder is missing rungs.
2009 - Bookham and Avanex Corporations merged to form Oclaro. Clarity "group" was obviously involved: "Oclaro combining the words Optica and Clarity". *In 2007 the Clarity Group had entered a joint venture to form Opnext, Inc.
2012: Opnext was purchased by Oclaro in 2012.
2013: Oclaro announced the sale of the Zurich Gallium Arsenide Laser Diode Business to II-VI. Part of the agreement II-VI also agreed to purchase "Oclaro Zurich, Switzerland company, which includes its GaAs fabrication facility, and also the corresponding high power laser diodes, VCSEL and 980 nm pump laser product lines, including intellectual property, inventory, equipment and a related R&D facility in Tucson, Arizona all of which are associated with these businesses.". This is a lot of unsourced information that "just appears" on the rungs of the ladder.
