Reset button

According to this, the Icelandic stock market is hitting the reset button and is going to use a new index, the OMXI6, to replace OMXI15. The new index was used for the first time on 2 January and starts at 1000 points. -- Bjarki ( talk) 16:28, 3 January 2009 (UTC) reply

Don't speak Icelandic, but from reading the OMX website it appears as if the OMXI6 will be perhaps be considered the "benchmark" from now on. The OMXI15 has just been reshuffled for the first half of '09, so it hasn't been retired just yet. Gr1st ( talk) 18:09, 3 January 2009 (UTC) reply
