Grabbing this for a review. Looks pretty close to being spot on from a quick skim, so I'm doubtful my comments will be anything more than minor nitpicks.

A few duplicate links, but nothing major:
Peggy Carter in the first line of Development
Edwin Jarvis, Howard Stark and Anton Vanko in the first paragraph of Casting
Captain America in the second paragraph of Casting
Roxon Energy Corporation in Marvel Cinematic Universe tie-ins
Casting: "Anton Vanko was previously portrayed by Yevgeni Lazarev in Iron Man 2. Ronin plays a younger version of the character" - In order to properly link those two arguments, I'd remove the full stop in the middle and replace with a semicolon.
Design: "The war term "Mend and Make Do" really" - when you have a quote within a quote like this, swap the quotation marks for the interior quote and replace with apostrophes.
