This began as a brief article in WP format. Since then, a lot more information has been added with sources provided, but is apparently brought over verbatim, which we cannot allow in WP. (As it is now, it could be a copyright violation or two).
Her story is an inspiring one, and needs proper presentation in Wikipedia, I believe. With this raw material and sources (and maybe some new ones), this article needs to be re-written and references cited as appropriate to Wikipedia style and standards.
I am busy with other projects, but would be glad to advise anyone who wants to take this on, if I can be helpful. Mark in Historic Triangle of Virginia Vaoverland 03:11, 10 February 2006 (UTC)
