There seems to be some uncertainty about the cited disbandment date in both Halley and Jefford. Michael J.F. Bowyer cites 24-12-1943 (The Stirling Bomber (1980), p. 190.).-- Dirk P Broer ( talk) 10:43, 17 April 2010 (UTC) reply

Just re-checked Jefford (first edition), Halley's Air-Britain RAF Unit Histories and the Illustrated Encyclopedia of Aircraft all give the 21 November. Although I appreciate they could all be from the same original source! MilborneOne ( talk) 11:55, 17 April 2010 (UTC) reply
