I remmed the following as it is unsourced speculation

As the UK Military Flying Training System continues to be implemented, and the Fast Jet training pipeline completes its upgrade to the Hawk T.2, it is likely that 
208(R) Squadron will be disbanded. With fewer pilots coming through the system, it may be that 4 FTS operates with just 
4(R) Squadron, in a similar way to 
1 FTS and 
72(R) Squadron, which provides the Basic Fast Jet course prior to students arriving at Valley.
