Remove hyphens

Per the conversation on the internment article talk page and the fact that most media outlets and JA organizations ( JACL, JANM, Densho, JA Vets Association, the Korematsu Institute...) do not hyphenate, I am changing all "Japanese-American" references to "Japanese American."
