No separate section on case law is needed

I deleted the final brief section titled "case law" for a couple reasons. First, the Griswold quote is already included in the previous section, and therefore is redundant. Second, it's unnecessary to have two separate sections titled "interpretation" and "case law." The whole job of cases IS to interpret. Ferrylodge, 31 May 2006.
