It seems the building is completed now, so the article should be updated to reflect that. Also, is Nina Tower 1 & 2 about the same building(s)? The template at the bottom lists Nina Tower 1 & 2 as completed and Nina Tower I (this article) as under construction (the buildings, not the articles).
