I'm not 100% up-to-date on
WP:N but would notability be claimed with the publications?

I'm trying to answer my own question with
WP:Academic and
WP:Author. I don't see that just writing a published document (for a notable and reliable source) makes someone notable. Let me know if I'm wrong so I can better understand situations like this for the future.

The publications are at least an assertion of notability, which is what the A7 tag is about, so I removed it. If significant coverage can't be found I would suggest an AfD. ThemFromSpace 20:23, 23 March 2010 (UTC)reply
