The page exists for reasons that are subjective. Wikipedia does not exist to promote politically correct agendas, and I see no reason why this persons selection as the first female thunderbird should be celebrated with a page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 136.242.249.69 ( talk) 18:52, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
The two IP editors have not given valid reasons for deletion, or for restoral of the properly-removed speedy deletion template. This article easily complies with WP:BLPN: the notability of the subject has been established by discussion in multiple independent reliable sources over time. -- Lexein ( talk) 11:49, 7 October 2012 (UTC)
It's nice to see that some editors are not only hypocrites, they can't follow their own rules with regard to speedy deletion. This article exists for reasons that are politically correct. She is notable only for being female and nothing else. 24.227.146.130 ( talk) 02:38, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
The person featured on this page has done nothing of notability. The page should be removed. Please discuss here prior to removing the deletion template, in accordance with wikipedia policy Equitytester ( talk) 20:08, 11 October 2012 (UTC)
This person is not notable. The page should be deleted. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Big8edits ( talk • contribs) 19:01, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
I am not an editor, nor do I speak wiki, but I do know irrelevant when I see it. I stumbled across this page during a search for a B-29 Superfortress named "Fifi," and I was astounded that this person merits a wiki article. I was an F-4 pilot in Vietnam, and I have known more than my fair share of fighter pilots notable for far more than flying in fingertip formation for a year or two. If an article about a change of command or shaking hands with women who actually made history is considered proof of continued relevance, I better submit my biography now. --Sammy Small 75.66.126.144 ( talk) 00:46, 3 February 2013 (UTC)

I'm going to change dates to dmy format, which we know the military uses and it seems that would be appropriate here, even though she's an American. You're welcome to revert my edit, but please ping me with your rational. - FlightTime ( open channel) 03:23, 31 August 2021 (UTC)
