The New Mexico Latin Music Academy (newmexlma.com) doesn't appear to be a reliable source. Simply listing names of artists without any additional info or specific, substantial sources is undue and promotional. Having had music included in a compilation put out by
KANW, a public radio station, is also not a clear indication of notability. Not every New Mexico musician is notable or significant to understanding the topic, and the only way to distinguish those who are is with substantial, reliable sources.
WP:BAND and
WP:WTAF may be helpful.

The New Mexico Latin Music Academy and New Mexico Hispano Music Association are the top associations that honor New Mexico musicians, and inclusion in the
KANW compilations indicates that the song charted on New Mexico music charts such as "Friday's Top 15" on KANW itself. — Preceding

One quick question, why dont Tiny Morrie, Gloria Pohl, Roberto Griego, Eva Torrez, Campeones del Desierto, and Baby Gaby have articles here? Those artists all have more than adequate sourcing availible. — Preceding

Those are not reliable sources. If they are top associations, that would need to be backed up by reliable, independent sources. Please see
WP:RS. Friday's Top 15 is not really a chart, it's a local radio show. Having been played on a local radio show doesn't establish notability.
