Comment I see it is more actually like a redirects for discussion rather than discussion for merge the article. If you want to redirect it, please discuss at
WP:RfD. I rather support it become a disambiguation page instead as there are too many mutations that regard as "New Covid" such as Cluster 5.

I merged one sentence about the spread in London. I didn’t merge content about Twitter trends or the name "New Covid" as they're not reliably sourced. Otherwise, the content is redundant. If people want to turn "New Covid" into a disambiguation page or find another target, go ahead.
