The article has a lot of issues,

I agree with Hargup. Certain "facts" in the article appear at variance with TRAI regulations. For example, under the "Legal Aspects" subheading, it states "There are no laws enforcing net neutrality in India." However, ndtv.com on 9 February reports, "Violators will be penalized at Rs. 50,000 per day, said regulator TRAI, stressing that 'content agnostic' access to the internet is the operating principle...." [1]
