MaoGo: It's an interesting question. I originally created the article in Spanish thinking about all of the negotiations starting from Chávez's presidency, inspired by talks during the Colombian internal conflict. It'd be interesting comparing this with the
Syrian peace process article, but I firmnly believe that in case of including foreign talks, it should be on this own section or article. I think we can agree that the foreign talks are increasing and become equally important. --

The important thing is to build the content; if it later needs to go to a separate article, that can be determined ... later. It is so hard to go back and find sources years later! Regards,

Problem with sources
There are references pointing to either books or articles that are missing. Also citations using Telesur (and RT if possible) should be replaced for reliable sources as TeleSur is
WP:Deprecated.--
