SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO THIS ARTICLE:
1.) Widening of the main definition to not include any web related jargon and to include more pertinent information about the importance and implementation of navigation bars.
2.) Adding a new section that would include a sample algorithm to illustrate how a simple one level navigation bar can be implemented using HTML and CSS.
3.) Add a new section to the article that would graphical illustrate some of the different types of navigation systems currently implemented throughout the web.
4.) Adding of sources
