I couldn't speedy delete the article based on an article that is about the army, whereas this article purports to be about the navy. Indian Navy has a section in it (Personnel) that is more applicable, but it doesn't cover ranks as low down as this article does. So, I couldn't use that, either. I have no idea if the ranks in this article are real or, even if they are, if they're notable, but that would be WP:CSD#G3 (hoax) if they're not real, or Afd if they're not notable.-- Bbb23 ( talk) 21:28, 6 December 2013 (UTC) reply
