This article is virtually identical to the Renewable Energy Directive page except for the opening two paragraphs in the lead section. I therefore propose to transfer this lead information to the directives page, make the necessary redirects, and then delete this page. Any comments? Clearly the section National Renewable Energy Action Plan § National Energy Efficiency Action Plans (NEEAPs) and Annual Reports needs its own page named National Energy Efficiency Action Plan.
