This article is subject to WP:BLP. We must not make claims on the article that are unsupported by reliable sources. For example, editors have been falsely claiming that Bhardwaj was cleared of any wrongdoing by the police, or that the police decided the charges were baseless or unsubstantiated. This is simply not supported by the citations being provided, and so such claims must not be made, unless and until someone provides a reliable citation specifically stating that. The citations provided indicate he was cleared by an internal party investigation and that the police decided not to proceed with charges. We can therefore include that information, but must not go further than that. -- Yamla ( talk) 11:08, 5 December 2023 (UTC)
