Two articles should be created for the Nebelwurfgeraet which was a side turret mounted device for the purposes of launching smoke grenades and the Nebelkerzenabwurfvorrichtung which is a rear hull mounted device for the purposes of dropping smoke grenades. Both devices were used on many Panzers. Pictures and more information:
