MOS:NICKNAME seems to talk about common English-language
hypocorism (diminutive or abbreviation)
; in the
note followed, refers to a name frequently used in English-speaking countries
and asks to [a]ssume that most non-English hypocorisms are not familiar as hypocorisms to readers of the English Wikipedia, even if well-known in their native culture.
Based on this I think Naga could be put in the quotes as Konidela Nagendra "Naga" Babu —
