Contested deletion Comment
This page should not be speedily deleted because, on further review, there is a claim that Nadine Stroitz is Miss Austria Universe and Julia Furdea is Miss World Universe. This is a content dispute. Discuss on
Talk: Miss Austria. I have not researched the details, but this is not a case for uncontested speedy deletion.

I have declined the speedy accordingly. I'm not convinced that the article properly establishes her notability — as currently written, it rests entirely on a single
unreliable source and does not properly demonstrate that she actually passes a notability rule — but your reading is correct that the notability claim is merely disputed rather than being demonstrably false as such, and thus it doesn't qualify for speedy deletion as a hoax.
WP:AFD, not speedy, is the place to turn in this instance if anybody wants to pursue this further.

This page should not be speedily deleted because... (I remember that although what you say is true, Julia Furdea is Miss Austria; but she will compete in MISS WORLD. By Nadine Stroitz change as first runner is "MISS UNIVERSE AUSTRIA" this information was confirmed by the official website of Miss Universe. The same thing happened last year, Doris Hoffman was Miss Universe Austria. It is not suitable to clear the article is encyclopedic.

Discuss at
Talk: Miss Austria. If there is one contest, with the winner going to
Miss World and the runner-up to
Miss Universe, this should be described at
Miss Austria as significant. (Also, this is odd because Miss Universe is a more prestigious title than Miss World.)
Robert McClenon (

There is doubt about the contest that sent the winner of Miss Austria. The organization sends the winner of Miss World Miss Autria, while the first runner up to Miss Universe going. The event is a more prestigious than another is not important since the country agree that varies. For example, here in Venezuela is more popular is Miss Universe and Miss Venezuela winner of that contest will; opposite thing happens in countries like Nigeria where the winner goes to Miss World and Miss Universe first runner, like Austria.
Everything depends on the context of the country and trasendencia this in the contest. But even if you have doubts, the official website of Miss Universe confirmed that Nadine Stroitz (First runner up for Miss Austria 2014) will represent the country in Miss Universe 2014, SEE REFERENCE --->
[3] Also, the official website of Miss World Julia Furdea confirmed as representative for Miss World.
