There are stories spreading on certain news outlets that Zlochevsky has been indicted. These stories are fake — the credited source is Interfax, a Russian news outlet, and the article does not make such a claim. NBC has more about this. – bradv 🍁 22:28, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
On November 14, 2019 Ukrainian MP said that Zlochevsky is to be indicted, claiming among other things that
Hunter Biden and his partners received $16.5 million for their "services."

I suggest to add a paragraph about the statement from the Ukrainian authorities. How about the draft paragraph below? I tried to include both point of views (POV), but according to Reuters' news, Zlochevsky whereabouts cannot presently be determined. So I guess he did not yet expressed his view. This is the suggested draft with sources.
According to Ukrainian authorities Zlochevsky is suspected of "theft of government funds on an especially large scale". Still according to the Ukrainian authorities, the criminal investigation on suspicion of
embezzlement is on hold, because Zlochevsky whereabouts cannot presently be determined.
