RAS an acronym for "Reported as Spam"; is used on the forums of MyADSL/MyBB (MyBroadband) and is posted in a thread which is deemed by the users to be spam.
The "RBP" button (situated at the top right of each post on the forum is indicated by an image of an exclamation mark in a red triangle) an acronym for "Report Bad Post" is then also used/clicked on to notify moderators and administrators of the forum to the specific post which has deemed to contain spam. Leaving a RAS post indicates to other users that it has already been submitted to the moderators for actioning and therefore does not need a duplication of another RBP.
Another common use for RAS by regulars on the forum is; to post RAS followed by the vbcode  (depicts an angry face) after a post or by quoting the selected post. This is commonly used to have a bit of harmless fun with the person you have RAS'd. Though in truth the post has not been reported. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.23.23.169 ( talk) 19:10, 9 July 2009 (UTC)
How is this relevant to the MyADSL article in any way? This article is stale, and is full of inconsistencies, from time to time I see stuff being changed subtely, yet I am not permitted to make any of my comments stick because I am not a "reliable source" even though I am a victim of this website's cyber-bulling! It is time this article got rewritten. There has been more controversy of late and the article is so short, it doesn't even cover the history of the site over the last 10 years. They have just banned a high-profile contributor, the third such move since 2009 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sonikku2k ( talk • contribs) 18:05, 10 June 2017 (UTC)
