Martin Tiedemann told me that Co-operative News reported the successful demutualization recently. He said this is backed up by http://www.cooperatives-uk.coop/live/cme1987.htm which is not necessarily a reliable source on its own. Could someone post the exact Co-op news issue or web address, and a brief quotation from the article? -- Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) ( Talk) 06:51, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
I am not familiar with Scots law, and the source cited says 'injunction', perhaps making a loose translation to common law. If you have read the court papers, please add the citation. The more citations, the merrier. -- Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) ( Talk) 20:55, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
