Is this article really needed? I think it should be merged with the Los Angeles article.-- An Enormous Laser Beam ( talk) 18:05, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

What is meant "a numund Central Avenue" in the "1930s and 1940s" section? I find this very confusing. I wasn't able to find "numund" used anywhere else in a Google search or in the dictionary, so I'm assuming this is a typo or a very obscure word. An earlier version of the article has "a number of musical artists congregated around Central Avenue, and the community produced a number of great talents": [ [1]]
Should the article be reverted to something like this to make it clearer? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.105.44.191 ( talk) 18:36, 19 January 2021 (UTC)
