I'm going to write this up better very soon. You can also help. This is my first article that I wrote from scratch so do not be too critical about it yet. Acme Plumbing ( talk) 06:00, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
Take a look at some of the "Murder of..." articles in Category:Murders and model your introduction after them. They typically begin as a biographical article of the victim. Location ( talk) 07:27, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
I would love to get Schwartz's mugshot from the Arizona Department of Corrections on here if it is in the public domain. I have no idea on how to upload those types of files. Location ( talk) 05:41, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
Article needs a summary to be placed right before the murder recapping how things were spiraling down for Schwartz: divorce, drug conviction, losing patients etc. and blaming Stidham for all of it. Location ( talk) 15:50, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
1. Coverage on UK TV 31 July 2009.
2. Coverage nationally in the USA. CBS website, ABC website, AMA newspaper.
3. Continued coverage in 2008 and 2009 even though the murder was 2004.
4. Unusual motive.
5. Unusual murder (doctor killing another doctor).
6. Book coverage.
7. Vastly improved writing.

The article contains a statement that "According to the Arizona Department of Corrections, Schwartz is now serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole because of disciplinary infractions like theft, disorderly conduct, and fighting." I am not seeing that the record actually supports this claim. It mentions his sentence as "life," which has always been the case, and does not mention whether or not there is a possibility of parole. It also notes many infractions but does not state that these are a reason for any change in his parole eligibility. Rlendog ( talk) 18:01, 19 October 2014 (UTC)
