If you found yourself thinking, as I did, "this reads like it was written by a third-grader" ... well, it was! A whole class of third-graders, actually: https://www.ydr.com/story/news/history/blogs/york-town-square/2011/05/25/murals-of-york-2/31600249/ https://web.archive.org/web/20220713165245/https://www.ydr.com/story/news/history/blogs/york-town-square/2011/05/25/murals-of-york-2/31600249/ As a former resident of York County, I am interested in bringing this up to Wikipedia standards. However, the meat of the original research was a "pencast" interview with Justine Landis, one of the original artists. The recording of that interview was hosted on a site which is now defunct. Unfortunately, Ms. Landis has since passed away, but I have possible contact information for the person who recorded it and plan to get in contact with her to see if there are any extant copies. Failing that, I'm compiling local news sources and ensuring each one is backed up in the Wayback Machine so that this can be updated to Wikipedia standards. 97.102.30.205 ( talk) 16:54, 13 July 2022 (UTC)
