While much of the material I have lists the artist's name as Mu Qi, dictionary entries for the characters of his name say it should be "Mù Xī". Admittedly the his birthdate is marked "?" , but even if this a few years off it would on no account square with "refounded the abandoned monastery Liutong Temple there in 1215."
