Does anyone have the source of attribution to Petronius? I am adding the only sources I know, all dating from the modern period. Larvatus 06:38, 21 February 2006 (UTC)larvatus
Is this modern use important enough to cite in the article, do you reckon? I think Cabell used the same Latin motto in later volumes of the Biography of Manuel but I can't recall for sure. -- Jim Henry 13:00, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
I reverted this because it's a bit unclear in its attribution. If someone wants to clarify it, it might make sense to add it back. -- Jim Henry ( talk) 21:10, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
This was included (in incorrect format) among the references for the article, but there was nothing in the main text to which it referred:
Theodor W. Adorno - Astechtische Theorie - Teoría Estética - 1970, Suhrkamp Verlag, Frankfurt am Main
Perhaps someone could add the relevant text from this work and then reinsert the reference. Mc2000 ( talk) 14:14, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
