"I am a Bangladeshi citizen. I know Mr. Mukhlesur Rahman Chowdhury well. He is a reputed journalist worked as Press Secretary to the President for 3 years. Mr. Mukhles was appointed as Adviser (Minister of State) to the President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh as well as the Chief Adviser of the Government Professor Iajuddin Ahmed on November 13, 2006.[2] During Novemver-December 2006 caretaker government when severe unrest in Bangladesh due to uncertainty of general election[3] Mr. Mukhles performed historical role of Special Envoy of President with two top leaders Begum Khaleda Zia and Sheikh Hasina of two major parties BNP and Bangladesh Awami League. His charismatic role was succeed to bring all parties of Bangladesh to Parliamentary election till 26th December 2006, though it could not sustain up to end due to big conspiracy named "One Eleven". In 1996 same political stalemate was negotiated by Commonwealth Secretary General's special envoy Sir Ninian Stephen and was failed.
Mr. Chowdhury is a very well known figure among political field, government, journalist and newspaper. Morever he is writer of 2 books and publisher of two books. He is a writer of hundreds of column. He is very well known for his high opposed role against General Moeen U Ahmed's emergency power misuse during 2007-2008 caretaker government. His interviews were published in many famous Newspapers in "Thikana", "Akhon Samoy" (New York), Probashi Voice, Bengali Newspapers of London.

Unless you remove the minor position, the promotional language, the repetitions of his name, and the irrelevancies about his family, this article is likely to experience serious difficulties in getting established here. Perhaps you could rewrite it retaining only the parts that you consider actually notable. I advise you to do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion by a regular deletion process. For further advice, see our guide to writing Wikipedia articles, and WP:BIO. You don't know the mystery of Bangladesh history. Try to understand why Sheikh Hasina allowed Mukhles in a close door meeting in Suda Sadan and sent her emissaries to him those who met Chowdhury, discussed & solve impasses and amicable settlement was there. By this solution was there & Awmi League led grand alliance joined elections of 22 January afterwards. General Moeen & his associates made Ershad disqualified by giving a sentence & cancelled nominations in short cut process & halted Bangladesh for 2 years. How democracy of Bangladesh was hampered, constitution was violated and above all undemocratic forces were encouraged by anti state elements is a wide subject of thesis in PhD research and many are doing so in home and abroad. Everybody should not get into all subjects which is not his one. For one's PhD on Governance, Statecraft, Military intervention in Bangladesh etc. he may be one of the best subjects.
You must understand that Mukhles Chowdhury was Adviser to President of Bangladesh while the President was also Chief Adviser means Prime Minister or Head of the Government and during normal period Prime Minister & his or her Cabinet is jointly accountable to the Parliament and during that time of Caretaker Government they were accountable to the President. President was Commander in Chief and Supreme Commander of Armed Forces. Moreover that time constitutionally Defence Ministry was also bestowed upon the President. In normal time, President can't sack Prime Minister and the Government, even can't dissolve the Parliament without the approval of PM. But During Caretaker period President can sack Head of Government and his Council.
Before writing on Bangladesh situation, Chief Adviser and his Advisory Council are just to oversee the Governmental route affair or day to day function. Election Commission, Judiciary Auditor & Comptroller General and all constitutional bodies are to report the President or Head of the State. During Caretaker Government number of Adviser in the Government is 10. Besides, in the regular Government it is about 60 like now. That time since President was also Head of the Government he appointed Mukhles Chowdhury the only Adviser, where now 7 Advisers are working. Additionally, 3 Special Assistants are also there. That time President was also in charge of Foreign Ministry, now which have 6 Minister, Advisers and Ambassadors are in job. Mukhles had to do all these responsibilities alone in statecraft which you need to know. Try to understand the velocity of his historic performances as well as success stories which were obstructed by heinous power hungry Army and so called Civil Society people. If Chowdhury have not stopped Martial Law taking help from US Ambassador & UN now Army would have been in power. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Brokenbangladesh ( talk • contribs) 19:33, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
