"Sorry, there are no stories or video currently available for this team." Bobo There is no pitch at this address: 8/1, Lakshapathiya Road, Rawatawatte, Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. I don't want to make a fight out of this one. But what do we do about the players associated with this team?

Hi @
Rhadow:. I don't understand the question. The team played in various tournaments in Sri Lanka between 1988-89 and 2009-10. The team is no longer playing first-class matches. Players who played first-class matches for the team are therefore notable. Players who played first-class matches before or after these dates... are an illusion.

Then I'm confused. Cricket Archive has a list of 55 players who played solely for Moratuwa Sports Club. But I don't understand the problem - we're saying that the team didn't exist? I'm just going by secondary sources here.

this page and presumably others on CI contain records of matches featuring Moratuwa. Perhaps they are all only in text form and therefore links to the team and its players don't exist.
