I expanded the piece, and there's more to come. Previously this article was merely a mention that Mahjoub was being held on a security certificate on some sort of suspicion re al-Jihad. It made no mention of why the certificate was warranted. There are various interesting reasons. :D

The note that CsIs has disclosed no public evidence about Mahjoub is incorrect. A good deal of evidence has been made available through Federal Court rulings.
