(Al Shamisi is the youngest CEO in the UAE; he has been appointed by the country's government to look after the buidling of the regions newest port, and to run the port authority of abu dhabi. He is well known and recognised amongst Emiratis and emirati business circles. One of the links in the references is a bio of him in a national newspaper. Thank you.) --
