The scientist in the lab coat is not identified by name; he is simply called "Professor". The other man is identified only as "Brom" or "Bram". It may be revealed at some later date that these characters are T.O. Morrow and Bromwell Stikk but until such time as that happens please STOP adding the names to the article. The Mister Twister that appears in Titans Hunt is Bromwell Stikk as shown on the cover of Brave and the Bold #54 1964, complete with tricorner hat, fur cloak and feathered staff.
