Why does this list not start with 1911? Ye Gongchao was not the first foreign minister of the Republic of China, which was founded in 1911, but only the first foreign minister of the "Republic of China" in Taiwan, after the Guomindang fled from the mainland to the island. — Babelfisch 08:27, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
